Tooth Buddies began as a small, single chair centre in December 2013 in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, We have 8 years of experience primarily catering to the oral health needs of children and adolescents with clefts of the lip and palate. As a fledgeling start-up, we struggled with finding empathetic personnel and providing excellent basic oral health services at grassroot levels. The team soon grew to include all oral health care specialists, molecular geneticists, co-ordinators and also allied specialists in speech-language therapy and counselling and is now an established private centre in Hyderabad providing comprehensive cleft care. Inpatient care is provided in partner hospitals.
The acute need for a larger space and more services prompted our move to a more spacious centre in Filmnagar, Hyderabad with interdisciplinary care available under one roof. We have highly experienced and dedicated specialists, state-of-the science facilities to treat infants, children and adolescents in all aspects of oral health. Having expanded the ambit of care to general dentistry and complex oral surgery, we specialise in providing services to those with medical conditions.
Our doctors have received advanced training in child psychology& counselling, craniofacial orthodontics, Invisalign orthodontics, Implant prosthetics, jaw surgeries and oral cancer rehabilitation. Our staff strongly believes in our values, “Patient comes first” and “no compromise with patient safety”. We ensure that our staff has development opportunities to enable them to provide safe, effective and high-quality care to our patients.
We have interprofessional collaborations with pediatric subspecialties, reconstructive surgery and ENT teams and also volunteer our time and expertise to provide oral health services for those with special healthcare needs. Emergencies can crop up when least expected and we do our best to prevent, and if inevitable, manage the crisis.

Dr. Gayatri Moghe (MDS, M.Sc, and PDCR) is a pediatric dentist by training. She has graduated with honours from the prestigious Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, India. She has further trained in Child Psychology, Counselling and Psychotherapy, holds a Diploma in Clinical Research, and is a firm believer in holistic child health .Dr Gayatri is a part of research projects under the aegis of DBT, Govt. Of India, for developing dental stem cell technologies. She has a special interest in pediatric orthodontics volunteers her time and professional services with three cleft and craniofacial teams , who care for children born with defects of the head and neck region.
With work experience at several prestigious dental schools across India, Dr. Gayatri has been working towards filling the lacunae of trained dental health specialists in multidisciplinary teams. As a long standing member of The Indian Society for cleft lip palate craniofacial anomalies (ISCLPCA) and the American Cleft Palate Craniofacial Association, she is qualified to handle dental problems of children born with hare lips and cleft palates. She has also been an invited speaker at many state /national level meetings and helps graduate students deal with craniofacial conditions.
With national and international awards and several publications to her credit , Dr. Gayatri co-ordinates and performs complete oral care for children from birth to 18 years of age .She keeps herself updated with the state of the science technology in dentistry and cleft care by regularly attending national and international seminars .
Dr. Gayatri is a paediatric dentist trained at Christian Medical College, Ludhiana. With further training in Child Psychology and Psychotherapy, she specializes in paediatric orthodontics and cleft care. She is a member of ISPPD, ISCLPCA, and ACPA, with 15+ years of experience working with ENT, plastic surgery, and oncology teams.
Dr. Asadullah is an orthodontist with advanced training from Taiwan and South Korea. Invisalign certified and one of the top 300 globally, he specializes in cleft orthodontics and interdisciplinary care, contributing to Toothbuddies since inception.
Dr. Taha is an orthodontist with a Master’s degree and U.S. National Board certification. Invisalign certified and experienced in cleft orthodontics, he brings a tech-savvy and holistic approach to patient care.
Specializing in Endodontics with over 16 years of experience, Dr. Deepak has performed 48,000+ single-visit root canals. He is renowned for pain-free treatments and long-term success in root canal therapy and endodontic surgeries.
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with expertise in trauma, jaw surgeries, implantology, and tumor pathology. She is affiliated with international surgical associations and has a keen focus on ENT-jaw surgeries and patient care.
Dr. Reddy is a senior periodontist with over 20 years of experience in laser gum surgeries and implantology. A professor and researcher, he’s actively involved in academic and clinical advancements in periodontology.
Dr. Bharat Vishal Mantri is a prosthodontist and implantologist with extensive training in geriatric dentistry. He is passionate about crafting smiles and restoring function. He also works towards rehabilitation of patients who have been treated for cancers of the head and neck region.
Dr. Snigdha Jaiswal is a general dentist who is the first point of contact in our practice. Skilled in primary care, she is the friendly face who will handhold patients through the needed care.
Our support staff are the backbone of our practice. They manage appointments, records, communication, sterilization, chairside assistance, and ensure smooth operations every day.
With over 15 years of experience, she oversees equipment procurement, sterilization, and infection control practices with dedication and precision.
A vital part of our team, she manages patient appointments, chairside assistance, and daily clinical upkeep efficiently and cheerfully.
Front desk lead and compliance officer, he handles billing, patient interaction, and ensures smooth administrative flow in our clinic.
